John Martin
John Martin has been a full time Realtor working from Glen Arbor, since 1980, with an additional 4 years of commercial brokerage experience prior to 1980 in Lansing. John and his wife, Wendy, raised two children in the Glen Lake area, and are proud to call Leelanau county home. John’s goal is to operate the most highly respected and trusted real estate sales office in Leelanau county. Since forming the Martin Company in 1997, the listing and sales accomplishments are impressive. John will continue to strive to improve the level of service through a team of professional Realtors and the implementation of the latest technology.

Dawn Emeott
Dawn Emeott joined The Martin Company in 2004 as office manager & realizes how important it is work with a group of professionals that she respects. Her careers have ranged from proof reading to working in a preschool environment. Dawn's husband, Randy, is employed by Grand Traverse County & they are parents of Kayla & Kelsey (Glen Lake School grads). She enjoys living in Leelanau County, snowshoeing, kayaking or just spending time with friends & family.

Pam DePuy
Pam DePuy, licensed since 1993, was the office manager at The Martin Company until 2004. Now, as a Realtor, Pam has joined the other sales associates in listing and selling properties. She also rents private homes on Glen Lake and in the Glen Arbor area through the summer season. Glen Lake has been a part of her roots since childhood. She and her husband John (former Glen Arbor Fire Chief) raised two children (Kelly & Mike), and have lived in the Glen Lake area since 1971. Pam looks forward to providing quality service in a friendly, helpful manner.

David DesAutels
David DesAutels has been a full-time Realtor since 1997. He has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer and specializes in waterfront and vacant land sales. His background included working as Dean of Students in a Liberal Arts college near St. Louis, MO, and he finds that his training in counseling has contributed to his ability to lend a listening ear to facilitate the buying and selling of real estate. David’s wife, Wendy, also works in Leelanau County, and their two grown sons live in Seattle, Washington. In his spare time, David enjoys biking and sailing.

Jeff Rabidoux
Jeff Rabidoux, a resident of Glen Arbor, became a licensed realtor in 2004 and soon became nationally recognized as an expert in luxury residential clubs and fractional ownership. He has a proven marketing background, from designing advertising campaigns, to closing millions of dollars in sales. He is married to Katie, and together they manage 45th Parallel Services, a property management, vacation home rental, housekeeping, and concierge service business. Jeff has two children, Kristina and Andrea, and he is a landscape and nature photographer.
